Terms & Conditions

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Growth Summit Scottsdale 2026 (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Event is organized by Gym Business Coach ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.

The Growth Summit Scottsdale 2026 is scheduled for June 25 through June 27, 2026, at The Scott Resort and Spa, Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers, session content, or venue at any time. In the event of a material change to the Event, we will notify registered attendees via the email address provided at registration.

All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Early-bird pricing is available for a limited time and may expire without warning. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

Ticket types include General Admission (GA), VIP, and Team Passes. Each ticket type includes specific benefits as described on the ticketing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify ticket inclusions prior to the Event, provided that any material reduction in benefits will be communicated to affected ticket holders.

Full refunds are available upon written request through April 1, 2026. After April 1, 2026, refunds cannot be guaranteed. If we are able to resell your seat prior to the Event, we will issue a refund less any applicable processing fees. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Tickets are non-transferable to a different event or year. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us in writing no later than June 18, 2026.

Promotional codes are subject to availability and may be restricted to specific ticket types. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. We reserve the right to revoke or modify promotional codes at any time without notice.

In the unlikely event that the Growth Summit is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability, we will notify all registered attendees as soon as reasonably possible. In the event of cancellation, we will issue full refunds to all ticket holders. In the event of postponement, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for behavior that is disruptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes violations of the venue's policies.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses. We are not liable for any costs incurred in connection with attending the Event, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, or meals not explicitly included in the ticket package.

By attending the Event, you grant Gym Business Coach a perpetual, royalty-free license to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings that include your likeness for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Attendees may not record sessions, speakers, or presentations for commercial use without prior written consent from Gym Business Coach. Personal note-taking and non-commercial recording for personal use is permitted at the discretion of individual speakers.

All content presented at the Event, including presentations, frameworks, methodologies, and materials, is the intellectual property of Gym Business Coach or the respective speakers. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Event content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gym Business Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your attendance at or inability to attend the Event. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcomes, results, or business improvements you may experience as a result of attending the Event. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gym Business Coach, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your attendance at the Event, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued registration or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
