Travel Expenses
All flights and rooms to be covered at your expense. We've negotiated a great price for your stay at the Scott Resort & Spa where the event will be held. You will have access to hotel details after your seat at the event is confirmed.
Cost
This event cost will increase as tickets become less available. The earlier you purchase your ticket, the more you will save! This event is not intended for profit, but to bring together a strong group of the best fitness professionals in the country. Secure your spot as this event WILL SELL OUT.

The VIP Ticket includes:

The General Admission ticket includes:

Food and Drinks
Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday. VIP ticket holders will get 2 drink tickets for each of the happy hour events- the welcome mixer and the roundtable session.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided, Uber and Lyft are both available in Scottsdale. There is no charge for parking at the hotel for hotel guests.
Are There Refunds if I Can't Make It?
Refunds for early purchases will be allowed through April 1st. Beyond April 1st, there will be no refunds for this event for lack of attendance as we're limited by the venue on the amount of people attending. If you can't make it, we will try to resell your seat, and if we can, will give you a refund, but there are no guarantees. So please be sure that you can make it before you purchase.

Can I Bring a Guest?
At checkout, you'll have the ability to purchase additional tickets for guests. A guest may be a spouse, partner, business partner, fitness director, or anyone in your facility you feel may be able to bring value to the event and implement what they learn in your facility to benefit your business.
When Does The Event Begin and End?
We kick off the event on Thursday, June 25 at 1pm and the event concludes Saturday, June 27 at 6pm. All ticket holders are invited to join us for the afterparty dinner luau Saturday evening from 6-9pm at the Scott Resort & Spa.
